Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the AI Skills Training website or submitting an enquiry.

General information only

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, careers or employment advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should carry out your own research and, where appropriate, seek independent advice before making any decision.

Who we are

AI Skills Training is an independent information and introduction service. We help individuals and employers find out whether they may be eligible for AI and digital-skills training and apprenticeships, and we may introduce you to independent, third-party training providers. We are not a government department or agency, we are not part of the Department for Education, Skills England or the funding agencies, and we are not officially endorsed by them.

“Government-funded” and “fully funded” courses

References to “government-funded”, “fully funded” or “free” training relate to courses and apprenticeships that may be funded through government skills schemes (for example the apprenticeship levy or adult skills funding) where the relevant eligibility criteria are met. Funding, eligibility and course availability are determined by the funding body and the training provider — not by AI Skills Training — and are subject to change. We cannot and do not guarantee that you, or any course, will qualify for funding.

Eligibility

Any eligibility criteria mentioned on this site (such as age, residency, employment status, prior qualifications or employer requirements) are indicative only, are simplified for ease of reading, and may not reflect the full or current rules. Final eligibility is assessed by the training provider and the relevant funding body.

Training delivery and outcomes

Training and apprenticeships are delivered by independent, third-party providers. AI Skills Training does not deliver the training itself and is not responsible for course content, quality, delivery, assessment, certification or the conduct of any provider. We do not guarantee acceptance onto any course or apprenticeship, the award of any qualification, employment, a job offer, a particular salary, or any other outcome.

Introductions

Where you ask us to, we may pass your details to one or more carefully selected training providers so they can contact you about suitable options. We may receive a fee or commission from a provider for a successful introduction. This never affects the information we give you.

Accuracy and external links

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Government schemes and provider offers change frequently — always confirm the latest position with the provider or at gov.uk. This site may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Skills Training accepts no liability for any loss or damage, however arising, from your use of, or reliance on, this website or any introduction made through it. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
