Everyone's using AI now. Few have been trained to use it well.
Most people are picking up AI as they go — guessing, hoping, missing most of what it can do. Real, structured skills turn that into an edge: faster work, better decisions and confidence you can count on. That's what this builds — for you, or your whole team.

For employers
Give your team an £18,000 AI qualification each, with the government covering the cost. They learn by using AI on real work inside your business, so the time invested comes straight back as productivity — leaving you with a sharper workforce that does more, earns more and stays ahead of the competition.

Common questions
- Is it really free?
- For levy-paying employers, yes — it's fully funded. Every other business contributes just 5%, with the government funding the rest. For the individual learner, there's nothing to pay.
- Will it take my team away from their work?
- No. It's around six hours a week, spent applying AI to real tasks inside the business, so the time adds to output rather than taking people off the job.
- Do they need qualifications to start?
- No entry qualifications are needed. You just need to be employed and working at least 30 hours a week.
- How long does it take?
- Around 14 months, delivered fully remotely, ending in an independent assessment and a recognised qualification.

I'm an employee → I'm an employer →We arrange AI apprenticeship training delivered by our approved, RoATP-registered training partners; the qualification is awarded following independent end-point assessment. Funding is provided through the apprenticeship levy and government co-investment and is subject to eligibility and funding-body rules, which are confirmed before enrolment. The £18,000 figure is the funded value of the programme. "Degree level" refers to a Level 4 qualification. Fully funded for eligible levy-paying employers; non-levy employers contribute 5%.
