• Details you give us: your name, email, phone (if provided), employer or role, and what you'd like to train in.
• Basic usage and device data when you use our website, via cookies and analytics.

• To understand your goals and respond to your enquiry.
• To confirm your eligibility and match you with suitable training providers and funding.
• With your consent, to send you relevant training information. You can opt out at any time.

4. Our lawful bases

We rely on your consent (for marketing), and on our legitimate interests and steps taken at your request (to respond to and act on your enquiry).

5. Sharing your information

To provide our service we share relevant details with the training provider(s) we match you to, so they can contact you about your course. We also use trusted service providers (for example our email platform and website hosting) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

9. Our role

AI Skills Training arranges and manages training; the training itself is delivered by independent, approved (RoATP-registered) training providers under their own terms, and the qualification is awarded following an independent end-point assessment. Your training contract for any course is with the delivering provider.

10. Funding & "free" courses

References to "free" or "funded" training mean training that is free or funded for eligible learners and employers. Eligibility and funding are determined by the providers and relevant funding bodies, apply case by case, and are confirmed before enrolment. We make no guarantee that any particular person or business will qualify.

11. Information accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate, but course details, availability and funding are set by third parties and can change. The site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for decisions made solely on its content.

12. How we're paid

Our service is free to you. We may receive a fee from the providers we introduce you to. This does not change your price or our commitment to matching you appropriately.

13. Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
